wow, I was just searching the internet for informations about sprang, when I found your page here. this is the first time I saw a photo of E. Barber - after reading a lot of what she wrote!
at the moment I am trying to make a hairnet myself, but I am not shure about the construction. do you have some hints for me?
kind regards, uli
Hi filzfee,
I went to you sites and love your fiber works. Especially your warp-weighted loom!
Your sites are beautiful, but alas I cannot find a way to e-mail you to tell you so. ;-j

WOW, those caps are gorgeous. I've made caps like that myself but the kwality of your work is amazing. I feel so inspired to make more caps and hopefully end up with caps that pretty. The wovenband with the runes is also amazing. I've just started cardweaving. Did you make that band yourself aswell?

How beautiful your Sprang work is! Exquisite.
Just saw this post again today. Still beautiful and fresh. And I like the sprang hat you pictured in San Diego.
